In private classes we tailor our lessons for your specific need and follow state standard for those wishing to improve language credit classes taken at schools and/or prepare for exams or standardized tests (AP/IB). For private/semi private (if you have formed group of  2+ students) please fill inquiry form below and refer to the following table for our pricing. 

PAYMENT:

-You will be billed end of each month for the service your student received, and the payment is due on receipt.

- We collect payment through PayPal and the invoice is sent to your email address provided in below form by you. 3% Convenience fee is added by PayPal which is customer responsibility. If you need to arrange other form of payment (Check, Zelle), please contact us. 

 

CANCELATION :

​

- 24 hours notice: No charge * 

- Between 24 -12 hours notice *: 50% charge occurred 

- Less than 12 hours notice *: 75% charge occurred 

- Less than 6 hours notice*: Full Charge

- Should you session is canceled by the instructor due to emergency we will try to reschedule another sloth as soon as possible. 

 * While we understand emergencies happen, we will give the benefit of doubt for one occurrence within each semester (every 6 months) if cancelation notice is received within not less than 12 hours in advance.

- During Christmas Holidays and School breaks it is mutual agreement based on student and instructor availability to hold a class during that period or postpone.

- If you no longer wish to continue with your private sessions please let us know  at least two weeks in advance.
